Two-Pronged Attack
We’ve received a ruling from Konami addressing the effect of “Fusilier Dragon, the Dual-Mode Beast”.
“If you Set “Fusilier Dragon, the Dual-Mode Beast” without Tribute, it has 2800 ATK and 1400 DEF while face-down and can be Tributed to activate “Deck Devastation Virus”, etc. It has 1400 ATK and 1000 DEF when flipped face-up.”
Some of the updated rulings for older cards include revisions to previous rulings changed by Konami to match their current rulings. “Reinforcement of the Army”, for example, cannot be activated if there are no Level 4 or lower Warrior-Type monsters remaining in the Deck.
“Voltanis the Adjudicator” has been cleared up. Its rulings are similar to that of “Van’Dalgyon the Dark Dragon Lord”. They should clear up a lot of outstanding rules questions.

ZOMBIE MASTER -ACTUALIZACION DE REGLAS

Acorde a Konami se acaba de actualizar una regla de Zombie Master:
Tu no puedes activar el efecto de “Zombie Master” si no hay monstruos tipo Zombie nivel 4 o menos en el cementerio, incluso  si descartas uno para activar el efecto.

Konami recently sent us a ruling reversal for “Zombie Master” that involved activating its effect while there are no Zombie-Type monsters in the Graveyard.

The new ruling is as follows and will be added to the FAQ:
“You cannot activate “Zombie Master’s” effect if there are no Level 4 or lower Zombie-Type monsters in the Graveyard, even if you would discard one to activate the effect.”

LIGHT OF DESTRUCTION (Análisis de cartas)

Bueno la tan esperada expansión “Light of Destruction” ha llegado a nuestras manos, esperamos mucho acerca de estas nuevas cartas debido a que ya comprobamos todos el poder del “Deck Dark”, es decir la expansión anterior. En esta ocasión hablaré de las cartas que prometen para usarse en distintos decks, como por ejemplo “Limit Reversal”, siendo una   carta   común   proporciona   una   variante  más  para

poder invocar especialmente monstruos pequeños en ATK  del cementerio  pero útiles al fin  y al cabo como son “ Sangan ” ó “Disk  Commander”. Siguiendo con el tema de las invocaciones especiales podemos probar la carta “Ribbon of Rebirth”, que, no importando que sea una carta de equipo nos deja un monstruo en el campo por lo menos un turno más; pudiendo a su vez equiparlo a monstruos como los anteriormente mencionados. Éstas cartas pueden ser potencialmente poderosas ya que pueden combinarse con otras como son “Magic Cylinder” ó “Dimension Wall” teniendo siempre la ventaja ya que proteges a tu monstruo y puntos de vida disminuyendo la vida del oponente. Si prefieres puedes combinar las dos cartas y verás que no sólo sacará de quicio al oponente sino  que  tendrán  que  hacer  uso  del  “ Side  Deck ” .

Otra carta que veremos en muchos de los decks será “Arcana Force 0 – The Fool”, no por el efecto del volado sino porque prácticamente es un nuevo “Spirit Reaper” ó “Marhsmallon”. Además ofrece la ventaja de permanecer en el campo, misma que se maximiza al bajar otro monstruo tipo luz y poder bajar a “Guardian of Order” de forma especial teniendo un ATK de 2500. Así mismo una carta en verdad poderosa es “Honest” ya que puedes activar su efecto en la “Damage Step” y puedes encadenar hasta tres de ellos para darle mayor poder a un solo ataque de un monstruo luz. El mejor consejo que puedo darte es que pruebes las cartas como mejor te parezca, aquí solo pongo unas sugerencias pero recuerda que : “El poder es tuyo”. Gracias por leer este post.
